Unhappy with Curly Hair Custard

Thanks for reaching out and so sorry to hear the Curly Hair Custard has not been working in your hair.  This can happen for a couple of different reasons...

1. If you have product build-up from other products the custard cannot penetrate the hair.     Solution: Clarify or detox the hair to remove product build-up.

 2. If you have a lower porosity hair or too much product is used it can take much longer to dry and can dry white and flaky.
Solution: Use less product, use a leave-in conditioner, cream or oil (Mongongo oil is great!) along with the custard. We always recommend using less product first, a little goes a long way!

Below is a description of how to use curly hair custard:
Apply a nickel size portion of the Curly Hair Custard evenly to the complete surface of the hair for maximum frizz control. All gel type products create a “cast” around the hair and you should NOT be too heavy handed with the product. Scrunch & release the “cast” after the hair is 70-80% dry.
