Website Return Policy

Occasionally, our customers are less satisfied with our products.  Rely on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!  You may return any retail-sized item (2 – 12 oz) purchased from our website within thirty (30) days of purchase that is at least 3/4 full.  For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase.

Only one (1) opened package of any product in a shipment is eligible for return. All others products must be unopened and in original condition to receive a full refund on products(s) purchased, excluding shipping of original order.

Your refund will be processed based on your original form of payment. Opened or consumed items may only be eligible for partial refund or merchandise credit.  You may mail the product(s) and copy of receipt to:

We do NOT accept returns for 32 ounce sizes – retail sizes only.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including both outbound shipping costs and those incurred when returning product(s).

Please carefully package the product (secure caps with tape to avoid breaks and spills) and include a copy of your receipt.  Returned product must be postmarked prior to 30 days from the date of the original delivery date.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
