If you purchase a MopTop product from a retail store and are dissatisfied with the product, but cannot return it because you no longer have your receipt, you may ship it to us for a refund at your expense (no refund will be given for return shipping charges). We will need to know the store you purchased the product from, the batch number on the bottom of the bottle, and the date of purchase to assess the refund amount.
