Forgot to enter coupon code on website

Regarding your coupon code, everyone makes mistakes (again, we’re no different), so we allow each customer one oversight where we will refund the discount if they forget to apply it.  Due to high credit card refund processing fees that we are unable to recoup, after the first oversight we can only apply the credit to a FUTURE purchase.  We must be notified within 24 hours of your order to issue a refund or credit.
