We do everything possible to process orders correctly and securely package our products prior to shipping so that everything arrives ready to use! Occasionally, mistakes are made by shippers and the products arrive cracked or leaking, or we make a human error in the picking process. No fear! We will work with you to resolve these issues quickly. Photos of the damaged and/or incorrect item(s) are required, specifically:
- A side view of the product(s) in question with the front label showing.
- Photos of the box, both inside and out, so that we can process claims internally and with the post office.
